Donations

The activities of the Enheduanna Society (Charity Registration number 1097515) are funded by donations and grants. We are very grateful to our supporters whose generosity enables us to continue fulfilling the mission begun by ZIPANG storytellers in 1997. There are several ways you can make a donation to support the Society’s work.

One-off donations

Make a one-off donation by sending a cheque payable to ‘The Enheduanna Society’ to:
The Enheduanna Society, Box 36855, 1A Tagore House, Glenloch Road, London NW3 4BU.

Alternatively you can make a BACS payment directly to the Enheduanna Society’s bank account # 65104530, sort code 08-92-99.

If you are a UK tax-payer, you can enable the Enheduanna Society to reclaim the tax on your donation from HMRC at no additional cost to yourself. Simply click here for a printable Gift Aid form.

Regular donations

Make monthly payments by Standing Order to the Enheduanna Society. Click here for a printable Standing Order form.

Donations by Paypal, credit card or debit card

Make a donation from your Paypal account. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can make a payment using your credit or debit card. Just click on the Donate button.

Donations by SMS

JustTextGiving by Vodafone is a simple and convenient way to make a donation from your phone.

All you do is send a text to 70070 with the code ESOC10 (that’s four letters followed by two numbers) along with an amount: £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10. So, to donate £10, you would text ESOC10 £10 to the number 70070—like the image shown alongside.

All text donations are free and won’t come out of any inclusive texts you have as part of your price plan—even if you’re not with Vodafone. You simply pay the cost of your donation.

When you make a text donation, it will either be deducted from your mobile phone credit or added to your mobile phone bill—and you won’t pay any VAT on your donation.

You can add Gift Aid to your JustTextGiving donation by following the instructions you will receive by text after you make a donation. By adding Gift Aid, you will help the Enheduanna Society reclaim the tax on your donation from HMRC at no extra cost to yourself.

Vodaphone do not charge commission on JustTextGiving donations, so every penny you donate is received by the Enheduanna Society, and if you add Gift Aid, we receive even more.
