Gilgamesh story, 16th February 2008

It is in the city of Uruk where King Gilgamesh terrorises the people. The people pray to the Mother Goddess and she creates the wild man Enkidu who they fight before becoming friends. They journey to the Cedar Forest where they kill the terrifying Humbaba. When Enkidu dies, Gilgarmesh grieves. The workshop felt the excitement as they followed his adventures and learnt with Gilgamesh the lesson of the Flood Story. |
